CEO Brand Growth Strategy
Social strategy for a CEO building a personal brand, January 2026
A CEO came to me wanting to grow her social following. What she didn't want was to become a hustle-content account, and most growth advice for founders assumes exactly that trade.
I built a system around three repeatable series instead of a posting calendar, with Instagram as the growth engine and LinkedIn as the amplifier. Every post had to clear a five-point quality filter before it went out. The whole thing was designed to run on two filming days a month, because a strategy the client abandons in week three isn't a strategy.
The plan targeted 30,000 net new followers by September. She hit 45,000 by April, five months ahead of the target and 50% above it.
Note: This was built for a real client. For privacy, her name, likeness, and identifying details and photos have been removed. The strategy, targets, and framework are unchanged from what was delivered.
